1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Exagrow website at exagrow.com ("Site"), operated by Exagrow, LLC ("Exagrow," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About Exagrow

Exagrow provides two categories of professional services:

• AI Revenue Accelerator: Fractional operations consulting designed to streamline business processes, implement AI-driven automation, and improve organizational performance.
• Spreadsheet Wizard Training: An 8-week, 1:1 mentorship program teaching Excel and Google Sheets skills tailored to each client's business needs.

These Terms apply to your use of the Site. Separate written agreements govern the delivery of paid services.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site to transmit spam, malicious code, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape or harvest content from the Site without written permission
• Impersonate Exagrow or any Exagrow representative

4. Contact Form

Submitting our contact form does not constitute a binding service agreement. It initiates a conversation to explore whether our services are a fit for your situation. No services will be rendered until both parties have agreed to a separate written scope of work or engagement letter.

5. Scheduling & Consultations

Consultations scheduled through our Google Calendar booking link are exploratory and complimentary. Booking a consultation does not guarantee availability or commit either party to a paid engagement.

6. The Exagrow Guarantee

The Spreadsheet Wizard Training program includes a 60-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

• You must attend all scheduled sessions
• You must actively participate during sessions
• You must complete all weekly homework assignments

Failure to meet these conditions will disqualify a refund request. The guarantee does not apply to team packages unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the program start date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, training materials, templates, process frameworks, and guidebooks - is the intellectual property of Exagrow and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Exagrow content without explicit written permission. Training materials and deliverables provided during an engagement are for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site contains links to third-party websites and services (including Netlify, Google, and LinkedIn). These links are provided for convenience only. Exagrow does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Exagrow does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Results described on this Site (such as efficiency improvements or capability increases) are based on prior client outcomes and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary depending on your starting level, commitment, and application of the material.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exagrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services - including but not limited to errors in spreadsheet formulas, data loss, or business decisions made based on our consulting recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
